Deleting your account and data

You can delete your account at any time, and everything with it: your pieces and their photos, your outfits and collections, and your wear history.

In the app: Settings → Account & security → Delete account. It is immediate and final.

Without the app: write to dolabyapp@duck.com from the address your account uses, with “Delete my account”. We reply and delete the account and all its data within 30 days at most.

Pieces you delete from your wardrobe are kept 30 days in case you change your mind, then deleted for good. What we keep and for how long is in the Privacy policy.
