Terms of Use

By using Dolaby, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the app. The Arabic version is the original; if the two ever differ, the Arabic one applies.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private, and for everything done through your account.
• The details you sign up with must be true, and you must be at least 13 years old.
• You can delete your account at any time from inside the app.

Your content

• The photos and data you add are yours.
• You give us the right to keep and process them only as far as needed to provide the service to you: showing your wardrobe, suggesting outfits and working out your numbers.
• Your photos and your wardrobe are not published to anyone else.
• Do not add content you have no right to use, or content that is offensive or unlawful.

Suggestions and artificial intelligence

Outfit suggestions, whether from the app or from the AI, are suggestions to help you, nothing more. What you wear is your decision, and we do not promise that any suggestion will suit your taste or your occasion.

The subscription (Pro)

• Some features are available in a paid “Pro” subscription: 90 EGP a month or 499 EGP a year, with a free 7-day trial.
• Payment, renewal and cancelling renewal go through Google Play or the App Store, and follow their terms and refund policies.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel the renewal before it is due.
• Buying is not available inside the app yet; it will be announced when it is.

Acceptable use

The app may not be used in a way that harms the service or other users, such as trying to reach other people's data, disrupting the service, or using it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend any account that does.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the app available, but we do not promise it will never stop or fail. We may add, change or remove features. If we change these terms materially, we will tell you inside the app.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect loss arising from its use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
